The LEQ-360 is a 360-degree assessment providing leaders with insight into how their leadership behaviour is perceived by others in relation to the Diamond Model, and how to continue to grow as a leader.

The Diamond Series : Leadership and Organisational Development

The LCS identifies patterns of leadership behaviours within specific work contexts. This helps organisations to proactively optimise positive leadership behaviours and shift negative leadership behaviours that inhibit change.

The Organisational Climate Survey helps clients isolate factors that are currently raising or lowering satisfaction across the organisation. The survey measures the organisation’s health in terms of morale and commitment and identifies ways to increase satisfaction.
